  • When a customer places an order with GiftablesGifts.com, they are actually entering into a contract with us. When an order is placed, we fill it and ship it in good faith. If an order is not deliverable for any reason, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs as well as a restock fee. At that point, a new invoice will be cut and if it is not satisfied by the customer, it will be given to collections and the customer?s credit may be affected.


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping: UPS and United States Post Office are the carriers that we use. Damaged Shipments and Claims: In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, it must be reported to GiftablesGifts.com within 3 days. Please keep the damaged goods and ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING for the carrier to inspect. If the packaging is discarded prior to the inspection, it may affect the processing of the claim.


  • Sales Tax
  • Giftablesgifts.com collects sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website on any sales made to residents of the state of Kansas.


  • Return Policy
  • Return Policies and Procedures: All returns will be accepted ONLY with a return authorization number (RA#). The RA# must be visible on the outside of the box and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. All approved returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice; it must be in the original packaging in new condition and must be received within 10 days of receipt of the package. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and may be applied at the discretion of Giftablesgifts.com. Special Order items cannot be returned. Special Order items would be any item not normally warehoused at the main location in Overland Park, Kansas.
